This idea was born out of our love for horses, coffee, and meaningful conversation.

I grew up in Lebanon, where being a good host always meant sharing delicious coffee and drinks. Coffee wasn’t just a beverage—it was a connector. It brought people together, sparked conversations, and even revealed stories through reading the coffee grounds.

My wife, Meghan, introduced me to the world of horses. She grew up around these beautiful animals, and through her, the idea to transform a horse trailer into a coffee bar came to life.

Our Arabian horse, Lexi, has become both our inspiration and our mascot, representing not only our business but also the many horses who still need loving homes.

Our ten-year-old son was so excited that we’ve added hot cocoa to our menu. Sharing morning coffee became a family ritual, and with his cup of cocoa, he could be part of those moments too. We hope to carry this tradition forward with our two-year-old, creating a daily space for togetherness in a busy world. His adoption reminded us of the importance of love, community, and embracing dreams—values that pushed us to bring this vision to life.
